Flour Mill of Nigeria Plc (FMN) Prize for Innovation season 2 that holding this year, is focused on creating a system where local content development in Nigeria’s food and agro-allied sector can be promoted to encourage workable production of food. This year participants will create resolutions to standard revolution from imported raw materials to making them locally to sustain the local economy.

- Category 1: For Registered Businesses. This includes Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Owners.
- Category 2: Nigerian Students: This includes both Undergraduates and Post Graduates.

Before applying, make sure you are eligible and must meet the following criteria.
Category 1: For Registered Businesses. This includes Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Owners.
- This program is open for Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) that are full registered in Nigeria and are into agro-processing and food production.
- Should be able to introduce a great idea and innovative solution to move from importing raw materials to creating them locally in Nigeria’s food and agro-allied sector.
- Your ideas should a solid proof-of-concept, a social or commercial purpose, and a clear road-map to scale.
Category 2: Nigerian Students: This includes both Undergraduates and Post Graduates.
- You must be a Nigerian Student (either Undergraduate or Postgraduate level).
- Should be able to introduce a great idea and innovative solution to move from importing raw materials to creating them locally in Nigeria’s food and agro-allied sector.
- ideas should a solid proof-of-concept, a social or commercial purpose.

- The First Runner up wins – N3,000,000
- And the Second Runner up wins – N2,000,000

- First prize – N300,000
- Second Prize – N200,000
